Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to maintain two properties, Arbors of Mineola and Settler's Trail. You will lead maintenance staff, ensure safety, and coordinate preventive maintenance while delivering exceptional service to residents.

This on-site role requires scheduling flexibility, weekend availability, and strong knowledge of property codes and lease forms. Proficiency with OneSite/Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Ability to travel and manage two properties (121 units total).
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and operations.
• Strong knowledge of state lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficient in property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to preserve property value and safety.
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff; promote a safety-first culture.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor work; approve service requests.
• Maintain maintenance budget knowledge and obtain approvals for major expenses.
• Manage resident service requests with 24‑hour responsiveness where possible.
