SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for an on-site multifamily property. The role involves upholding a clean, safe living environment, proactive issue resolution, and supervising maintenance staff to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities include safety trainings, budget awareness, on-call rotations, and coordination with vendors to meet company standards. Weekend availability is required on occasion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or a related field.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and daily operations.
• Strong understanding of state lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: maintain inventory, ensure tools are in good condition, address hazards, label utility cutoffs, keep areas clean.
• Leadership & Training: train/mentor staff, conduct safety meetings, approve service requests, monitor budget.
