Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. This on-site role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on keeping a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment while mentoring maintenance staff and coordinating with vendors.

You will ensure timely service, uphold safety standards, and manage small budgets and inventory. Weekend availability may be required to support residents and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in multifamily property maintenance.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficient with OneSite or Yardi and MS Office.
• HVAC and CPO certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure timely work orders.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage safety standards.
• Maintain property records, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure 24/7 on-call readiness.
