Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site Project Lead to plan, execute, and complete fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intercom projects with assigned customers. You will manage design, programming, installation, commissioning, and closeout while balancing cost, schedule and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong electrical/electronics knowledge, and security-system certifications.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience with installation and service of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems.
• Good knowledge of electricity and electronics; aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Security experience/certification with P2000, Lenel or C-Cure 9000 is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom projects on-site.
• Manage project finances including costs, billings and collections; pursue change orders.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and mentoring to technicians and designers; prepare as-built docs.
