Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring a Complex Security & Fire Project Manager to lead high-value projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate hardware design, programming, installation, commissioning, and project closeout while maintaining scope, schedule, and cost controls.

The role requires 3+ years of HVAC-related project management experience, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or related experience.
• 3+ years experience in complex security or fire project management.
• HVAC experience required.
• Ability to communicate complex technical material to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead security and fire projects from planning through delivery and closeout.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project management plans.
• Monitor financial performance including cash flow, billings, and gross margin.
• Coordinate hardware design, programming, installation, commissioning, and handover.
