Johnson Controls is seeking a Security Supervisor Install Technician to lead on-site installation and service of card access, CCTV, intrusion, and fire alarm systems. You will supervise technicians, manage project progress, and ensure quality delivery at customer sites.

Role requires strong blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with safety-minded practice and clear customer communication from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in security industry (installation, inspection, repair, programming).
• Experience leading and mentoring installation technicians.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service card access, CCTV, intrusion, and fire alarm systems at customer sites.
• Lead and guide installation technicians and manage project progress.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specs, and manuals.
• Maintain safety and high customer service standards.
