Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of related experience, or trade school training.
• At least 5 years in building maintenance.
• Appropriate trade license/permit as required (e.g., Journeyman/Master Electrician).
• Experience operating HVAC, boilers, pumps and refrigerant systems.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work orders and assign tasks as necessary.
• Monitor repeat problems and implement fixes.
• Oversee and inspect engineering staff work.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for proper operation.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain safety records.
