Job summary

Transwestern is seeking a Building Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, grounds, and equipment in Westminster, CO. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and manage records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in building maintenance and repair.
• Thorough knowledge of building systems operations and safety/licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, systems, and grounds.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing and electrical for proper operation.
• Lead repairs, direct technicians and coordinate with contractors.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain energy management practices.
