Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and maintenance staff, including hiring and performance assessments.
• Review daily work orders and assign tasks; monitor recurring issues.
• Implement preventive maintenance and energy management programs.
• Oversee compliance with codes, regulations and client directives.
• Inspect systems (HVAC, fire/life safety, plumbing) for reliability and safety.
• Coordinate with tenants, clients and vendors; respond to emergencies.
