Job summary

Oakridge Landscape, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to provide year-round management for a client portfolio in our LA Maintenance Division. You will be the primary contact for assigned customers, supervising crews and ensuring excellent customer service and landscape quality.

Qualifications

• BS Degree or equivalent and 2 years landscape maintenance account management experience preferred.
• Strong organization, project management, and communication skills.
• Adaptable nature in an ever-changing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as our clients’ primary contact to ensure customer satisfaction and outstanding quality of work.
• Oversee a portfolio of maintenance accounts and direct landscape crews on daily activities.
• Conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs upsell opportunities for enhancements.
• Train, manage, and grow maintenance crews; recruit and retain leaders.
• Assist management with labor hours, billing, and achieving sales goals.
• Manage customer contracts, assessments, and renewals.
