Landscape Workshop (LW) is a full-service commercial landscaping company serving the Southeast. We are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Account Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts in Salem, VA.

The Account Manager oversees maintenance crews, customer relationships, and branch operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding client

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance crews and working directly with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong work ethic and hands-on leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (or equivalent industry experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of assigned crews.
• Coordinate shared resources with other Account Managers.
• Build strong customer relationships through communication and site visits.
• Proactively solve problems and manage scheduling and resources.
• Support crew leaders with training, equipment maintenance, and instructions.
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees, clients, and the public.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement services and coordinate project execution within budget and timeline.
• Track and report team hours, expenses, and additional sales weekly.
• Assist Branch Manager with project budgets and client meetings.
