Job summary

Mission Landscape Svc. Inc. in Ontario, CA is seeking an Account Manager to ensure landscape projects stay clean, green, and detailed.

You will coordinate with Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians to complete punch lists and service requests on time, while communicating with clients and the Branch Manager. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of related Account Manager experience, and fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service maintenance accounts, complete punch lists, service requests, and site walks with follow-up communication.
• Manage Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians to complete maintenance specifications.
• Keep clients happy and maintain accounts to the maintenance specifications.
• Train, coach, and develop staff in alignment with company values.
• Submit payroll, invoicing, and proposals on minor items and other paperwork on time.
• Maintain safe, productive operations aligned with goals.
