Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site Learning Coach. You will guide K–3 students through app-based reading, run targeted sessions for 2–4 students, and track progress with weekly data. This is a day-long campus role with relocation support and multiple campus locations across the country.

You will spend about 70% of your day guiding students through app-based learning and 30% on targeted reading sessions, staying with students from launch to closing. A strong literacy background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Completed structured-literacy training: LETRS, IMSE, Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, Fundations, UFLI, CERI, Neuhaus, SIPPS, Really Great Reading, or similar; or a master's in reading or literacy.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coaching students through app-based core learning and guiding them to daily goals.
• Running targeted literacy sessions for 2–4 students and diagnosing gaps.
• Lead morning launch, workshops, and daily routines for K–3 students.
• Drive students toward weekly app goals with gamification and school currency.
• Stay with students through lunch and reading interventions and plan for each child.
