Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. As a Learning Coach, you guide K-3 students through app-based core learning, identify gaps from running records, and design sequences to close them, staying with the class from launch to closing.

You will split time: about 70% guiding students and 30% on targeted reading sessions, with on-site duties at a campus and relocation support.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years direct work with children 4–9 in education or related settings.
• At least 2 years teaching reading in grades K–3 in last 5 years.
• Completed structured-literacy training (LETRS, IMSE, Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, Fundations, UFLI, CERI, Neuhaus, SIPPS, RGR, or master's in reading).
• Bachelor's degree; teaching certificate not required.

Responsabilidades

• Coach students through app-based core learning and diagnose gaps.
• Lead targeted structured-literacy sessions with small groups.
• Maintain daily learning goals from launch to closing.
• Support weekly app goals using rewards and gamification.
• Stay with students through lunch and recess with plans for resistant students.
