Alpha reimagines the school day with faster learning and mentorship. This full-time, on-site role focuses on coaching K-3 students using app-based core learning and diagnosing decoding gaps. You’ll lead short sessions, keep daily goals, and stay with students through lunch and recess to ensure progress.

The role emphasizes data-driven instruction, structured-literacy training, and direct collaboration with campus teams. Relocation support is available for on-site assignments nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4-9 in teaching or coaching roles.
• At least 2 years teaching reading in grades K-3 within the last 5 years.
• Completed structured-literacy training or a master's in reading or literacy.

Aufgaben

• Get every K-3 student to daily learning goals and close reading gaps.
• Lead two to four students in short structured-literacy sessions with targeted sequences.
• Guide morning launch, workshops, and check-chart activities for six-year-olds.
• Drive weekly app goals using school currency, leaderboards, and gamification.
• Remain with students through lunch, recess, and closing with a proactive plan.
