Rove is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on accounts payable, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations in Costa Mesa, CA. The role requires accuracy and dependability in a fast-paced environment and reports to the Accounting Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of accounting experience, a relevant degree, and familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop.

Formación

• 2-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or related experience preferred.
• Accounting or Finance degree, coursework, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop highly preferred.
• Must be comfortable preparing and writing checks.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Responsabilidades

• Process and enter invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices for accuracy, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Organize and maintain vendor invoices and accounting records.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and vendor payments.
• Assist with vendor setup and maintenance.
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up as needed.
• Prepare checks and other payment documentation.
• Maintain organized accounting files.
• Respond to basic vendor and internal accounting questions.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Research and resolve basic discrepancies between bank records and accounting records.
• Enter financial transactions into QuickBooks Desktop.
• Assist with maintaining general ledger records.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed.
• Maintain supporting documentation for accounting transactions.
