Key duties include invoicing and collections, vendor management, payroll processing, project accounting, month-end close support, and collaboration with the Controller. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process, send, and manage customer invoices for two practices.
• Record client deposits and payments; reconcile AR accounts and aging reports.
• Process vendor invoices and payments; vendor setup and W-9 requests.
