Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; accounting degree preferred.

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar Sage platforms desirable.

Responsibilities

• AR focus: prepare, process, and distribute customer invoices using Sage Intacct or similar software.
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on outstanding balances, and assist in AR close activities.
• AP focus: process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, code, and set up vendor records.
• Process payments and maintain organized vendor files; ensure documentation and compliance.
• Support general accounting and administrative duties as needed, including HRIS-related tasks.
