Silver Bay Seafoods is seeking an IT Technician to support internal clients with Tier 1/2 tickets, computer hardware, phone systems, and software issues. You will deploy machines, manage Active Directory, onboard/offboard staff, and assist IT asset inventory and SOP documentation.

This is a 100% onsite role across multiple Seattle-area facilities with travel to remote sites as needed. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT, 2+ years Windows Admin/technical support, strong O365/AD knowledge, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the IT field, with connectivity, interoperability, operational readiness, and security/compliance maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years Microsoft Windows System Administration/technical support.
• Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems.
• Knowledge of popular software applications and remote connection systems.

Responsabilités

• Respond to support requests for 1st/2nd tier desktop issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and IT asset inventory.
• Install and upgrade operating systems and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Provide training and basic technical guidance to users.
• Assist in system implementation projects and SOP documentation.
