Opensity Solutions in Seattle, WA is seeking an IT Specialist to provide day-to-day technical and operational support for our client. This onsite role focuses on conference room technology, hardware and asset management, office moves, and other technology-related services.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-service oriented, with at least 1 year of client-facing IT support experience, and comfortable with lifting equipment and working across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in client-facing IT support.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more and move equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support and conference room technology setup.
• Assist with office moves, disconnecting/reconnecting and setting up equipment.
• Manage hardware inventory and ensure accurate tracking.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets with timely resolution.
• Support hardware deployments, software installations, and equipment swaps.
