Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Technician to support users and technology systems across warehouse, orchard, and office environments at Quincy and Wenatchee locations.

You will focus on frontline technical support, workstation deployment, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT support for multiple facilities. This role offers growth opportunities within the IT Department as responsibilities expand and experience grows.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
• Printer installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of and experience supporting general line of business apps.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to navigate between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related technology.
• Support warehouse, orchard, and office users with day-to-day IT issues and troubleshooting.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and replace workstations, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and related equipment.
• Assist with workstation imaging, software installation, patching, and endpoint support processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain inventory and asset tracking for assigned IT equipment and systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation and operational support activities as required.
