Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users in Wenatchee, WA. The role requires excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work independently to resolve issues and complete tasks.

The position is 100% in-person, with duties including hardware/software troubleshooting, account setup, and device provisioning.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• Technical Certificate or Associate Degree in Information Technology preferred.
• 1 year of experience with computer hardware and software required.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical end-user support and triage issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral problems.
• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, and related equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network performance and compliance with service agreements.
• Travel to other offices with company vehicle or mileage reimbursement.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and IT equipment provisioning.
• Maintain inventory and ticketing records for staff requests.
• Assist with phone, voicemail, and conferencing systems.
