Job summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in Wenatchee, WA. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues, configure desktops/laptops, manage user accounts, and monitor network performance.

This role requires strong customer service and the ability to work in a team while handling tasks independently. The job is 100% in-person with travel to other offices as needed; a valid WA driver’s license is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Technical certificate or associate degree in IT preferred.
• 1 year experience in computer hardware/software.
• CompTIA A+/Network+/Microsoft cert preferred.
• Valid Washington State driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical end-user support and triage issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and peripherals.
• Configure and maintain desktops/laptops and related equipment.
• Assist with account setup, password resets and access requests.
• Maintain IT inventory and ticketing records.
• Participate in on-call IT emergency rotation.
• Travel to other offices as requested with company vehicle or mileage.
• Support video conferencing and phone systems as needed.
