Zusammenfassung

Optima Medical is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support across our clinic locations. You will ensure reliable day-to-day operation of hardware, software, and network systems, and work with end users, clinic admins, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely resolutions.

Responsibilities include on-site support at multiple clinics, onboarding/offboarding tasks, and documenting issues in our ticketing system.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of IT support experience preferred.
• Proficient in installing and troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between clinics for on-site support.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot minor IT issues; escalate when needed.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including device prep and recovery.
• Collaborate with Level 2/3 teams for escalations or special projects.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, and related equipment.
• Travel to clinic locations to provide on-site support as needed.
• Document all issues via a ticketing system.
