Job summary

Epic Piping is seeking an IT Technician to join our on-site IT team in Houston. You will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for end-user computing devices, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will manage Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 apps, and Active Directory, with occasional travel between facilities. The role demands customer-focused troubleshooting and independent work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of Level 1–2 IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and AD; understanding Entra ID.
• Basic networking concepts and security best practices; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and related hardware.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive.
• Support local network equipment and conference room technologies.
• Escalate complex issues to IT staff or vendors when needed.
• Maintain inventory and assist onboarding/offboarding activities.
