Job summary

Shipfusion is seeking a Junior L1 On-site IT Technician (2nd Shift) in Carol Stream, IL to support employees, warehouses, and remote staff. You will manage Apple devices and provide break/fix support across the organization while assisting with Google Workspace administration and helpdesk tasks.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in IT support, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication. On-site role with opportunities to grow within a growing eCommerce and logistics team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Experience managing corporate hardware (laptops, tablets, workstations).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and identity management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• On-site role in Carol Stream, IL.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to staff and warehouses.
• Maintain and reset Apple devices (Mac Mini, MacBook Pro, iPad).
• Handle Jira IT tickets as Tier 1 support (on-site and remote).
• Administer Google Workspace (email, calendar, drive).
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Support vendor communications and procurement as needed.
• Train employees on IT systems and stay current with trends.
