Job summary

Shipfusion is hiring a Junior L1 On-site IT Technician (2nd Shift) in Carol Stream, IL to support employees, warehouses, and remote staff. You will maintain our fleet of Apple devices, including Mac Mini, MacBook Pros, and iPads, and provide break/fix support, Google Workspace administration, and assistance to our helpdesk team.

Responsibilities include managing Jira tickets (Tier 1), onboarding/offboarding, vendor coordination, and training staff on IT systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of IT support experience
• Experience handling corporate hardware (laptops, tablets, workstations)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and identity management
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• On-site role in Carol Stream, IL

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for employees, warehouses, and remote staff
• Maintain Apple devices (Mac Mini, MacBook Pros, iPads) and break/fix support
• Administer Google Workspace accounts (email, calendar, drive)
• Manage Jira IT tickets as Tier 1 support (on-site and remote)
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and basic vendor coordination
• Train staff on IT tools and systems and suggest improvements
