Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop or end-user IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Active Directory.
• Experience deploying laptops and configuring devices.
• Basic networking knowledge (switches/routers/Wi‑Fi).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for employees and manufacturing operations in Allentown.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and applications.
• Diagnose and repair laptops, recover data, and replace hardware components.
• Manage incidents from investigation to resolution with SLA adherence.
• Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Office, file/print services, and business apps.
• Install and troubleshoot manufacturing printers, barcode printers, scanners.
• Support conference room AV systems and Teams phones.
• Manage device tasks in Active Directory and assist with password resets.
