Job summary

You will manage software installation, hardware deployment, inventory, and ticketing within ITSM, collaborate with network and security teams, and train staff on best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and related hardware (Required).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and common enterprise applications (Required).
• Familiarity with imaging tools, device management platforms, and ITSM ticketing systems (Required).
• Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues efficiently (Required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on end-user device support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and multifunction devices, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Install, update, and configure approved software following security policies.
• Prepare, image, and deploy new devices; perform hardware upgrades and replacements.
• Track IT assets and support lifecycle management of equipment.
• Respond to and resolve service requests within defined SLAs using ITSM.
• Guide employees on device usage, basic troubleshooting, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with network, security, and systems teams to escalate issues.
