Responsibilities

• Apply technology solutions, including software and hardware, to accommodate business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, mobile, and I.T. system issues.
• Work with customers and callers in a professional manner.
• Communicate technical knowledge to others verbally and in writing.
• Work with cross-functional project teams.
• Operate independently toward generally defined objectives.
• Follow and enforce standard policies and procedures.
• Follow escalation processes and interface across organizational lines.
• Work under deadlines and manage heavy workloads.
• Report to the Manager, Quality Assurance.
• Cover Allentown, Pennsylvania and the surrounding Delaware Valley area.
