Job summary

E-Team is seeking an IT System Administrator to provide day-to-day support for hardware and software across Windows and MacOS in Austin. On-site, 5 days a week, you’ll manage laptops, mobile devices and end-user provisioning.

You’ll handle asset and inventory management, software rollouts, documentation, and basic data centre tasks. Strong English communication and thorough troubleshooting are essential; occasional travel to another Austin office may be required.

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day technical support to local and remote employees for hardware and software issues.
• Fully proficient with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
• Experience with supporting the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in asset management, inventory management and shipping/receiving of hardware.
• Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
• Assist in maintenance of network equipment, phones, and teleconference equipment.
• Support the computer room and data centre operations.
