Job summary

LeadStack Inc. is seeking an IT System Administrator / Technical Support professional for a 9-month contract in Austin, TX. The role is on-site in the Austin office, requiring daily presence and hands-on support for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.

You will assist with hardware/software inventories, asset management, and deployment of new systems, while maintaining documentation and clear communication. Occasional travel to the secondary Austin office is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows and macOS on laptops and mobile devices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to explain complex technical information to non-technical staff.
• Experience with Excel, OneNote, OneDrive and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware and software issues on laptops and mobile devices (Windows & Mac).
• Assist in asset/inventory management and deployment of new systems.
• Support network equipment, phones and teleconferencing gear.
• Assist in data center and computer room operations.
• Document troubleshooting steps and create user instructions for others.
• Communicate technical information clearly to staff and teams.
• Occasional travel to Austin office as needed.
