Job summary

Blattner is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user and project-site support at the Avon, MN office. The role includes onboarding new users, device setup, and AD management, with a focus on Windows environments and networked systems.

You will work with AI-assisted tools and automation scripts to optimize help desk operations. The position requires a two-year IT degree and 3–5 years of practical experience.

Qualifications

• Two-year post-secondary degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows-based hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor help desk emails, tickets, and phone line; provide end-user solutions.
• Set up new users and upgrade devices; provide orientation and training.
• Assist with AD user account setup and device configuration.
• Install software using scripts and tools; track licenses.
• Develop and coordinate IT projects, upgrades, and help desk reports.
