Job summary

VAA is seeking an IT Support Specialist for an on-site role in Minnetonka, MN. You will provide technical assistance, answer end-user questions, and support day-to-day IT operations in a Microsoft 365 and Windows environment.

Responsibilities include deploying hardware, managing tickets, onboarding new staff, configuring Active Directory/Entra ID, and supporting SharePoint/Intune. This full-time role offers a collaborative culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of professional IT experience, including at least two years providing end‑user support in a Microsoft 365 and Windows environment.
Experience documenting IT processes and supporting onboarding/offboarding procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical assistance to staff for software and hardware like laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Document, track and respond to support requests via the IT ticketing system and escalate as needed.
Image, configure, deploy, and retire computers and devices, and install/upgrade software.
Support onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and access provisioning.
Manage user accounts, groups and permissions in Active Directory and Entra ID.
Support device enrollment and application deployment through Intune.
