Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or field technician role.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing platforms such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to staff across NY office and venue locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets using an IT ticketing system.
