Job summary

Santa Clara Development Corporation. is seeking an IT Support professional responsible for prioritizing and completing daily IT functions and providing high-quality service across production systems and environments.

You will help maintain documentation, monitor systems, apply patches, and participate in on-call rotations to resolve high-priority issues. A strong mix of technical certifications and a proactive approach is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related IT work experience required.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ required at time of or during employment.
• Microsoft, Cisco, VMware or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in prioritizing and verifying completion of IT support tickets and ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist in developing and maintaining support procedures.
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation for production systems and projects.
• Perform daily monitoring of systems, verifying integrity and availability of systems, applications and databases.
