Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware, software and systems failures using SOPs.
• Install/repair computer hardware, printers, and network devices.
• Manage user accounts and permissions; reset passwords.
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Provide on-site end-user support across two buildings.
