Altercare of Ohio, Inc. in North Canton, OH is seeking an IT Mobile/Desktop Support Technician. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining technology, equipment, and IT assets across mobile, laptop, and desktop platforms.

You will diagnose issues, configure devices, and provide end-user training as required. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware troubleshooting, plus strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues.
• Work with end users to identify and meet PC service expectations.
• Provide training and support on computer operation and related issues.
• Install, image, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot workstation hardware and peripherals.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot workstation software.
• Automate basic tasks and improve existing workflows.
• Manage ticketing system workload and respond to hardware problems.
• Maintain an inventory of monitors, keyboards, drives, printers, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with third‑party support and vendors when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
