Successful candidates will have an A+ Certification and substantial experience with laptops and desktops. The role demands professional skills, readiness for overtime, and extensive driving. Mileage reimbursement is available, and there will be a requirement for background checks.

Qualifications

• A+ Certification is mandatory (training or expired status accepted).
• Good experience working on laptops and desktops is required.
• Experience in Break/Fix is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to repair and troubleshoot computers.
• Visit both business offices and homes for service.
• Use own vehicle for travel to provide customer service.
