Job summary

Kitchell seeks an IT Support Technician II for its Sacramento office to deliver first- and second-level technical support, onboarding, and asset management. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity, manage user accounts in AD/Entra ID and M365, and assist with deployments and documentation.

The role is on-site in Sacramento, with a focus on secure, reliable technology support for a broad employee base and collaboration with the Phoenix IT team.

Qualifications

• Five+ years desktop or IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online.
• Basic TCP/IP networking and device hardware knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support by phone, email, remote-tools, or in person.
• Install, configure, deploy, maintain, and repair computers and related devices.
• Create and manage user accounts and access in AD, Entra ID, and M365.
• Support Teams, Exchange Online, and other business apps.
• Document tickets, steps, and resolutions; update knowledge articles.
• Assist with onboarding, deployments, asset management, and security awareness.
