Chestnut Health Systems is seeking an IT Support Technician in Bloomington, IL to configure and deploy hardware, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support to staff nationwide. The role involves independent work and collaboration on infrastructure projects, with emphasis on customer service, confidentiality, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of IT support experience or an associate degree with relevant certifications, hands-on Windows 10/11 and Office 365

Formación

• Minimum two years of IT support experience or an associate degree and/or professional certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, PC troubleshooting, and peripheral devices; macOS a plus.
• Ability to install, configure, and support hardware and peripherals including printers/scanners.
• Knowledge of mobile devices (smartphones/tablets) and basic networking concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain tech to non-technical users.
• Self-motivated problem solver who can work independently and in teams.

Responsabilidades

• Setup, configure, and deploy PCs, mobile devices, peripherals, and software for staff.
• Troubleshoot PCs, software, peripherals, and connectivity; resolve IT tickets and guide junior staff.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for staff applications.
• Assist in system maintenance, networking, and infrastructure projects with the Network Systems Manager.
• Manage the computer storage room and maintain inventory records.
• Uphold customer service excellence and protect confidentiality and security of data.
