Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting and basic network fundamentals.
• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Deliver user education and guidance on tools and technologies.
• Manage workstation images, updates, and maintenance.
• Coordinate upgrades, deployments, and license management.
• Research security issues and new hardware/software releases.
