Job summary

Cumming Group in Miami, FL is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line internal IT support for workstation hardware, OS, software, network issues in a 100% in-office role supporting 30+ US offices. You will handle tickets, remotely assist users, use AD and Azure AD, and collaborate with IT staff on projects while maintaining confidentiality and delivering strong customer service.

In this role you will learn and support new systems, follow documented processes, and contribute to IT

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Ability to read and follow technical processes with problem solving.
• Experience in staging and deploying Windows 10 computers is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Preferred: InTune, Automation, Security, Coding, PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and tickets from the Support Desk system.
• Communicate via MS Teams, email, and in person.
• Gather information to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Remote into user computers to install software and troubleshoot.
• Provide first level corrective actions and document steps taken.
• Collaborate with IT staff and escalate to IT Support Tech II when needed.
• Log calls and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist team members and learn new systems and applications.
• Follow KB articles and test hardware/software solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality of user information on the network.
• Occasionally assist hardware team with deployment and maintenance tasks.
• Attend work during normal business hours.
