Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop support and help desk experience.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and password management.
• Basic networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with printers, monitors and endpoints.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I desktop and technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and user accounts.
• Manage user accounts and passwords via Active Directory.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Prioritize requests to meet SLA expectations.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Build, deploy, and configure desktop and laptop systems.
• Install software and user-specific configurations.
• Support mobile devices and MDM initiatives.
• Assist with IT asset management, inventory, and procurement.
• Identify recurring issues and report trends to IT leadership.
• Provide professional technical support to employees at all levels.
