Job summary
Everforth Apex is seeking an IT Administrator II to provide hands-on desktop support across multiple locations in the Kansas City region. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues while supporting Microsoft 365 apps and collaborating with IT teams.
The role requires travel and excellent customer service skills to assist executives and end users with technical needs, including AV and collaboration technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, iOS, and Android environments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and endpoint support best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and related services.
- Coordinate and assist with technology deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Travel regularly throughout the region to support end users.
