Job summary

We seek an Information Technology Support Technician to deliver front-line technical assistance for desktops, printers, networking gear, and VOIP systems in Lancaster, PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with desktop computers and printer repair in a business environment.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs and VOIP/telephony support.
• Excellent customer service, communication and time management skills for on-site client work.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and hold a valid driver's license for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support for client systems on-site in Lancaster, PA.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; perform repairs as needed.
