Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in Washington, DC. You will provide first- and second-level technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage IT inventory across three client locations.

Strong ServiceNow ITSM experience and a customer-service focus are essential. The role is full-time, in-office, and requires eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Desktop Support or IT Help Desk in an on-site role.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPN, and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with Mac OS devices and Jamf/Apple Business Manager.
• Knowledge of IT asset/inventory management and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level desktop support for onsite users at three client locations.
• Manage IT inventory, hardware deployments, and new hire setups.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow ITSM and ensure SLA compliance.
