Ovation Workplace Services is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to deliver first- and second-level IT support across local and remote environments. The role includes hardware/software troubleshooting, incident documentation, and resolution of issues across Windows OS, Office 365, and peripherals.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ months in desktop support, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, and familiarity with AD, MDM, and enterprise applications.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 18+ months of hands-on desktop support or IT support experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCP/M365 Fundamentals are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver first- and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and apps.
• Document incidents and requests in the IT ticketing system and maintain SLAs.
• Install and support Windows 10/11 and Office 365; assist macOS users as needed.
• Provide foundational support for Apple devices and enterprise apps.
• Support printers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals; perform routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for complex AV issues and escalate when required.
