Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, configure, repair, deploy, relocate, maintain and upgrade end-user hardware and software.
• Provide timely technical support in person, by phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain ticket status and document progress in the helpdesk system.
• Manage IT assets inventory and lifecycle records.
• Communicate effectively during IT outages and assist in documentation.
