• Must pass drug screening and background checks; valid driver's license.

• Respond to support tickets and user inquiries via helpdesk.
• Manage end-user devices: desktops, laptops, tablets, peripherals, POS.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely delivery of tech requests.
• Support deployment and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, phone systems, and remote work tech.
• Create documentation and deploy updates via scripting.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
